SHIPPING POLICY

Please allow up to 4 weeks for your order to be processed and shipped out.

• Express Australia Post $15 - 2 business days, delivery from time of lodgement, can be longer if interstate. Please allow up to 4 weeks for your jewellery to be made

• Regular Australia Post $10 -  4 + business days, delivery from time of lodgement, can be longer if interstate. Please allow up to 4 weeks for your jewellery to be made

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING 

$25 flat rate Australia Post regular international shipping.

This is a limited tracking service where you will receive email updates from Australia Post when your item has been lodged and when your item has entered customs in your country.

Delivery time varies between 1-3 weeks depending on country.

 

RETURN POLICY

Refunds: 2 week Refund Policy from date of receipt.  Must return item in it's new condition.

Wrong/Missing/Defective:  

Every item that is sent out is carefully created by hand. If you do have any problems with the jewellery piece please get in touch so that we can amend the issue :-)
