Shipping

Do you ship worldwide?

Yeah baby we sure do!! We are excited to offer worldwide shipping, shipping times may vary. All orders will be processed and shipped within 2 business days.

Delivery prices and time frame?

Order Processing:
Please allow 2 business days for your order to be dispatched. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Shipping Times by Region:

  • Australia:
    For our Aussie customers, please note that due to my current travels outside the country, shipping may take longer. Allow up to 2 weeks from the time of dispatch for your order to arrive.

Shipping costs are $18 AUD, €11 EUR

  • UK/Europe:
    Orders shipped to the UK and Europe typically arrive within 3-5 business days. However, we recommend allowing up to a week for delivery to account for any potential delays.

Shipping costs are €13 EUR, £11

  • USA and Rest of the World:
    For customers in the USA and other international locations, please allow 6-10 business days for your order to arrive.

How do I track my order?

Once you place an order through our website, you will receive a confirmation email sent to the email address you provided during checkout. This email will include your tracking number and the name of the postal company handling your shipment. Be sure to check your spam mailbox.

My parcel hasn't arrived

Niix was born in Sydney, Australia, where our journey began. However, we are currently based in Europe, so wherever you are, we’ve got you covered!

Sizing

How do I know what my ring size is?

The easiest way to work out your ring size is measure the inner diameter of a ring that fits you well.

Typical ring sizes are from UK: L | M | N | O | P

If you don't know your size, please email info@niix.com and we will send you instructions to work it out. 

How do I measure my wrist for bracelets?

To find your bracelet size, wrap a flexible measuring tape around your wrist. Make sure it’s snug but not too tight. Once you have this dimension, refer back to the product you'd like to purchase for our suggested size guide.

What if I order the wrong size?

If you receive an item that doesn’t fit as expected, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order. We’ll be happy to assist you with exchanges or resizing options.

What if my size isn't listed?

If you don’t see your size available, please reach out to us. As a small business, it can be challenging to offer a wide range of ring sizes. However, our customers are incredibly important to us, and we’ll do our best to accommodate custom sizing requests or help you find an alternative solution.

What is gold vermeil (gold plating)?

Gold vermeil is a high-quality form of gold plating, made by applying a thick layer (2.5 microns) of gold over sterling silver. This process provides a beautiful finish that offers quality gold jewellery at a reduced price.

Caring for gold vermeil jewellery

To prolong the life of your gold vermeil pieces, please follow these care tips:

  • Avoid exposure to salt water and corrosive materials: Keep your gold vermeil jewellery away from salt water, deodorants, perfumes, and other harsh substances, as these can damage the finish.
  • Cleaning: You can wash your gold vermeil jewellery in fresh water. Be sure to dry it thoroughly with a soft cloth afterward.

How do I care for my silver jewellery?


To keep your silver jewellery looking its best, store it in a dry, cool place and avoid exposing it to harsh chemicals. Regularly polish your silver pieces with a soft cloth to maintain their shine.

Hot tip: If tarnishing occurs, you can immerse the jewelry in a cup of boiling water mixed with baking soda and place a piece of foil around the glass to help remove excess buildup. Alternatively, a cloth specifically designed for silver cleaning will do the trick!

Returns, Exchanges and Repairs

Returns

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Please note, sale products & custom products cannot be returned, exchanged or refunded.

To be eligible for a return, your item must have been purchased at full price and be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused and in its original packaging. You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. Customers are liable for all shipping fees related to their orders.

Wrong/Missing/Defective

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, so that we may evaluate the issue and make it right.

Refunds

Please note, sale products & custom products cannot be returned, exchanged or refunded. We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return to let you know if the refund was approved.

If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. Customers are responsible for all additional duties & import taxes upon receiving & sending their shipments.
